Hi,
Does uncommon single words also have value? I found some uncommonly use words and if i check on free appraisal like godaddy and estibot, it gives low value even it is a single word. Is it worth to keep such domains?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
really depends on the uncommon word.
If it is a .com and that uncommon word is short and easily spelled and pronounced (memorable), it maybe very interesting..but a complicated obscure word that has no use in business then no.

There are more than 150 million .com registered.

If there are words still available you can assume they are likely obscure and junk pretty much.

The easiest way to determine if a word is useful or desirable is to think to yourself: Would I use this word for a business? Reasonably ...does it connect with people. You should have the sense to know, and if you have to think about it, you're on the fence with the decision, meaning its probably not that great of a word in the first place

I've found a couple single words like this but even as a contrarian here's my advice . Is it reasonably short, memorable and pronounaceable by most? Then probably worth considering. Probably 95% of what is available is available for a reason though. I sift through because I don't have the budget to chase thousands for names so I try to find value sifting through the discard pile. I won't lie if you have the money you obviously aren't bothering to dig in a landfill for something to sell but everyone starts somewhere.

Imo try to stick to English and. Coms while you learn. Don't buy anything unless you can think of a clear potential business use.

I thought we are talking about words used in English but are very rarely used, like scientific words or some niches ..etc
this is called Internationalized domain name (IDN) they use non English characters, and they are hard to sell, no much interest in them.
There is a whole selling section for it here on namepro, check it to get an idea what is getting listed and what is getting sold..etc:
https://www.namepros.com/forums/internationalized-domain-name-idn-incl-emoji.121/
I am selling there a domain too:

another issue is, this word does not have any meaning in any language. I've checked with google translate language auto detection, no language was detected.
