Am not going to reveal the domain but what would be an ideal price to sell it? Thank you.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
If the content is unique, not copied & if most of the traffic is organic (and less of social media) then $1k x 9 = $9k is what I'd ask for.

Again, it depends on a lot of factors. If your website platform/script is unique, or if it's based on any of the popular CMS, etc.

How many hours does one have to put in each day/week to sustain the traffic & income?

So since not most of the information is being revealed, I'd say $9k would be a good price?

Thank you for the detailed info. Now I have an idea of how much a domain can be worth. Thx.

You can start a thread in the Appraisal section. Don't forget to mention the domain name.

I'll be honest, there is no proper standard for pricing while flipping an income generating website. Usually people keep 9 to 12 months of income as the list price.

If you just browse through Flippa you'll get an idea. See how much the websites are making & how much it gets sold for ;)

I would do like this, based of non providing by you any names or hints.
If a domain name brings me 1K monthly, i would multiply it by 12 months to get one year eg. 12K per year, then multiply this by age I expect to live, so eg. if I have 30 years and expect to live 70 years then 12K multiplied by remaining 40 years, totaling to 480K, that's it.
Of course if the name is really great you can multiply that to two and get higher price.
In the end it's not excluded the domain to bring less or more income in the future, so the variations can be many.

@NYJimbo Lol good one. @Denismth, perhaps you can clarify what you mean.

Why did I land here?

Easily worth $13-$15,000.

You've been conned.

Clickbait title - got me to......

They are robbing you.

Who is robbing who? Didn't understand that

I will not reveal the answer.

Hilarious!! Kudos! :hilarious:
