Do you have your own domain company and decided not to walk as individual? When and why you took the decision?

Interesting question

I'm a lone ranger (like most)

Does a marketplace count? ;)

If you're referring to whether one should form a legal entity then the answer is almost always a yes if you're selling more than a few domains every year. Forming a company would shield you from personal liability (i.e. in case a disgruntled buyer decides to sue you, etc). It's all about risk management.

I'm not a lawyer.

I'm using sedo.com as a private seller and they will handle the transaction/s professional, i'm happy with that.

If it's a huge amount than you can ask lawyer's advice for the most fiscal friendly way out ...

GLTA!

I have 2 domain related LLCs. They pass income over to personal taxes with a K1 form.

There are multiple advantages when it comes to a company from liability to taxes.

Yes, Id rather have my own ecommerce, communicate, advertise logos, offer related social media accounts and email accounts, doings things that most places would say that's not allowed, while skipping the broker fee. Extra is good, Sometimes plural is too.

I am not a registrar but have gigs of webmaster type in traffic and exact match domains to do it.
