Does it effect for the potential buyers of your domain if you use ads while parking/before selling or not?

Parking Page with sales Lander is ok/enough imo.

My idea is it's better not to use ads to give them a clean/er start ...

What's your idea of opinion?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
It all depends on how and where you display the ads.

It' better without ads if your goal is sale.
But what if ads cover for example the renewal fee or much more?

Hi

if you searched for a domain to buy, and the page that it resolved to had ads on it,
would you pass on making the purchase or inquiring if it was for sale?

if you park with no ads, then you get nothing in return.
at least until or unless your names sells, though in the meantime, the platform gets your traffic for free.

if you park with ads, you might get a little something in return, while waiting for that sale to happen.
additionally, the stats from ppc may give your better idea of value.

if you want to do extensive research, you can go check wayback for all past sales and see what type of lander was used prior to each sale.

imo....

I think if someone is genuinely interested in buying your domain, they will find it and buy it. with ads or not.

People seem to often look like they search for names in whois and contact owner with a low ball rather than surfing sites or using registrars. You can put a different email on lander and they will still contact through whois email meaning probably never even look to see if in use.
