You could try listing for a higher BIN price for six months, then revert to a $50 starting bid.

Actually thought of @Craig when saw domain as had targeted that industry so listen. Need both domains and a business number. ABN and a bank account registered same name.

Haven't sold it. About to put it on a BIN auction for $50. I contacted the owner of a similar website in Australia but he said he doesn't need it because he's about to retire. Also, as someone above pointed out, Australians tend to value the .com.au extension. It may be different in your case since Fort Myers is an American city. I would try to contact businesses that you might could sell it too, and failing that, maybe try to auction it under geographical categories.
