i like it, honestly, but we need Brandable ppl

It sounds better than end user “Hostinger”

and i have one “ly” ending! “Restively.com”

Samer, not a big fan of "ely" at the end, "ly" is still doing well, I guess.

Hostingly - Mid hundreds (to the buyer that appreciates it)

Hostly - 5 figure territory

In my opinion

Just the word hosting is too much and has a lot a lot of strong feeling even over the phone or when asking Siri it can be easy to say and pronounce, so let's say a good client can pay good money for such a good name, I guess too

Think I owned this one, and let it expire.

ahhh really? I see a lot of potential in it .. especially when bigger companies doing names like Hostinger etc

when you let it expire many years ago? I paid $1200 in an auction for it :)

Can't tell exactly but I used to own a lot of hosting names. Not anymore since a couple years ago.

You've bought a thing of the past. Sorry for the bad news.

"Hosting" is a hard declining term. The new one is "cloud" and replaced it. I'm discarding whatever left of hosting, unsure if there's any left anymore. Yes you can buy "cloud". No, you shouldn't buy "host".

That's the problem. Also the niche is so mature, names like Hostinger are also coming from the past. Nobody really launches a company today named that way.

Sure there would be sales even nowadays but... not a niche I'd spend my $ into.

Namebio reports just 4 domains last year with the term, and only one this year - yours. That's an extremely low interest niche. How come you havent' checked this before bidding so high?

You overspent by a ton. This would have been worth a mere drop reg or up to $100. Side note for me any niche under 10 Namebio sales per year in the last 2 years (that's 20) is not worth even taking a look at. I usually aim for 100+ overall and at least 30 or so in the last 2 years. The hosting term has 5.

I think you are better with hand regs. Before doing 4-fig buys you should really check the niche very well.

You are right, exactly for this name I had a plan to start a hosting business and redirect and earn on some traffic and sales, yes you are right agreed, I just jumped because I wanna do it for my own and I am sure of one thing even later after some time this might get into a lot of hype .. let's see but you are right!

A plan is good - much better.

Otherwise, good luck! What I offered is my opinion. But nobody is 100% right all the time in domaining.

Cool word, but narrow niche. Pm if you sold it and for how much if you don't mind. If you paid $1200 to me there is not a lot of room for margin. Up to $2000, imo. But with luck.
