Try to get a refund at your registrar if it’s not too late , Visa is obviously a trademarked word

I was thinking more on the lines of a digital health visa. Obviously the name coincides with a financial services corporation. Can't it be used for the above-mentioned purpose?

Edit: latter part of the name*

No offence, but I think you're somewhat new to this. Perhaps we should wait for more experienced pros to chime in.

Visa is a registered trademark of Visa International Services Association

To the best of my ability as a non trademark expert, drop it. If people are making business sales with "visa" in it, good luck while that lasts, if you become very profitable. Visa have a right to drop a suit on you because you're making money off "their" company name, of which you're benefitting of as a result. As far as the law is concerned ...foul play

However ...if this is all about travel visas, thousands

The known "Visa" are a big organisation with a lot of interests ...and they deal in "digital". I would consult a legal professional

Interesting observation. Maybe I should get rid of it. Again, is a name such as health / visa risky?

@Kazama San I just had to add some extra points with editing my post. If this is solely about "travel visas" you're probably in the clear. Consult a legal professional as I'm not one

Visa - An endorsement on a passport indicating that the holder is allowed to enter, leave, or stay for a specified period of time in a country

Digital Visa ...I like it, in this regard

That's what I thought initially. I think it makes sense from the travel visa point of view. More importantly, a digital health visa.

How much for digital health visa in king?

I just noticed yours is hyphenated after reading, that's dropped its value significantly (3 figure territory, to the right buyer)

Digital Health Visa - Little value, in my opinion

Sorry, got muddled up. I thought you had "digital visa" ...in a travel sense that's pretty sweet. Offers accepted with the hyphen

It's a really thin ice with this trademark. I personally wouldn't touch it, but it also doesn't mean that you shouldn't. Imo, you entering the field, of ''intentions, goals and good/bad faith...''
Exactly as @jhm said, if there would be a travel visa - you'd be probably safe, if any remark to finance - not at all, but with digital it's extremely tough to say. You can be both in trouble or sell it faster than someone realizes there is a problem.
Interesting case. PM me once sold. ''Make an offer'' tag, imo.

I got rid of the name. I have run it past many people (including laypeople) and the first thing that came to their mind upon hearing the name was the dreaded financial services corporation.

So not worth the hassle considering there is a hyphen too. imo

''intentions, goals and good/bad faith...''

I've been there before, these words are highly subjective and usually end up being used against me in a "negative" context. You never know these days. :xf.grin:
