Well, you don't really say it like this ''PrivateFilm''. What is the niche? What comes to my mind by association is some young movie directors, maybe students (director wannabes), but you definitely can find a much better name, it just doesn't sound fluid or right.
''Private'' - means for you only, thus what can be a resale value for a name which distributes to as many as possible - I simply can not imagine.

Play on words for “PrivateFirm”

but “PrivateFilm” sounds like adult X Rated film

I also dont foresee many uses, agree above.
