''Cost'' - is a word, ''E'' - another word, so you have two, and then to two you add something artificial. Bad idea, sorry.
When artificial added to one (and without losing meaning and fluidity) - it's perfect, but 2 words ALREADY should be a complete thing (of course, if you want to sell such a domain). The ''y'' ruins all here, unfortunately.
