Well as far as i know, having a domain with only one potential buyer isn't gonna be an easy sell. If this person decides not to buy it, then you're stuck with it and theres no-one else to reach out to.

If you offer it for a desirable price maybe low hundreds he might take it. it all depends.. there must be a reason why he hasn't regged it himself.

But just give it a go and offer it for a low hundreds, that might catch his attention.

I suppose that Twitter account is your buyer. Not sure on its potential if they aren't interested, they appear the main ones making use of "tory fibs" on the web ...offers accepted. If no interest, I would consider dropping

Generally speaking, to buy something based solely on followers or even google volume leads to nowhere...
