now u have crossed all lines. after few times of some domains disappearing from my panel in past..and me then becoming obsessed checking my domain count daily...which btw no client should have to do..and does not need to do on other registrars.. and for which u should be very ashamed of... well today I woke up to 5 domains less in my account than a day ago.

this happened to me multiple times.. and it should never happen on a registrar. if u cannot fix well this fundamental disturbing bug..and do not care if peoples domains randomly disappear..then yer incompetence is beyond words and u do not deserve anyone biz... u will get none of mine now

now plz go ahead and figure out from lists below what is missing ..I already wasted enuf time with yer bugs... then restore my domains asap.. I'm not even gonna ask u to fix this bug if u haven't done it b4...I will just stop using u..

this is list of 280 names that should be in my accnt.. after that is list of 275 names which are now there.. I need 5 names back.. plz kindly do not dare ask me write ticket about this. i wasted enuf time on yer tickets.and long wait times. it turns out to save few bucks with u I have wasted hours with tickets..replies..posts.. bugs..checking domain count..comparing lists etc.. what a bad idea and biz u are. dispeakable.

I agree you had a very bad time with their support and I totally agree they take a lot of time and slow to respond and they seem to need to have experienced developers to deal with their web development issues but they are new and they are learning their way to tackle things and I hope they do get fast on these...

Give them some time, I am sure they will sort it out, and yes domain disappearing from the account is gonna make a lot of people mad.

Why bother? there are many good registrars.

I like them, I too hate their customer support for being too slow but if they focus on their support and web development issues more rather than spending too much money on marketing, I think they can be a good competition.....

that's the point. why waste our time..stress..when something like missing domains is unthinkable at other registrars.

besides sav had many chances ..especially to fix what matters.most..and they did not.

u still got reps like mr luca..who prefer to imply I'm stupid and have no clue what I did or did not transfer out...instead of doing simple whois first and then fix bug and restore names

I'm no longer transferring or renewing names there..

u can only like em if u never had issues..else u cannot like a place that costs u stress..wasted time on tickets...
posts ..etc.. especially when other registrars are worry free.

I did have, and the first ticket I had raised they couldn't find it and I let them know here and raised my second ticket and my issue has been resolved.

You have 280 domains on their site for at least one good reason right? Anyway, I was just saying why not give a second chance and that's what I am saying they should seriously look into the support/development issues which a lot of users complain about.

u misunderstood me..I and many others already gave them 100 chances

maybe u are only at the 2nd chance stage

I only have 300 names there cause like many I wanted to save few bucks

mostly.io.for.me...but they upped io prices..

so I'm done with sav and I do not recommend it to no one

@alcy - You can filter by the date domains leave your account in the My Domains tab. IF that does not work, per our many previous posts, we will need you to submit a ticket for us to take a look. Feel free to DM me the ticket number and I can take a look as well.

We do not currently support .pink but I do see it on our todo list. Let me see if I can get that moved up. Ill DM you in the next week or so.

Hi! I see there's still no progress with .pink domain matter so far :xf.frown:

The estimated backorder price is the standard .co registration, how can I be sure I won't be charged a premium registration? How much accurate are you in estimated backorder price? If there's the risk of paying premium fee I will not use sav backorder anymore. With crazy premium registration prices it's to muck risky.

Horrible registrar, trying to transfer names out of there for almost a week now, nothing shows up on their transfer dashboard for me to approve.
@Nick R help me out as i am getting worried about my names being stuck there.
You guys just lost a customer

I guess when a price is too good to be true, it usually is.

I will stick with much better registrars, and we know who they are.

Also they might say "oh reach out to support bla bla bla" and I feel like I shouldn't have to reach out to freaking support to transfer names out. That's absurd nowadays.

@Nick R I send you a private message with my email (sav account email), please look into this issue

@alcy - Thanks for posting. We would be happy to take a look - just submit a support ticket and DM me the number.

@Demir Yumruk - We do not support .pink yet but it is on the ToDo list. I don't have an ETA yet.

@zomainhacks - We proactively publish the backorder price of ever upcoming dropping domain in our Pending Delete list on the auctions page. We also confirm the price in the UI, via email when submitted and via email again the day before it drops.

@cuni.co - My apologies on the transfer issues. Ill review the ticket and DM you back. Thanks for submitting a ticket!

@Nick R i dont think domains we.expediate transfer out get removed from our panel.

dont u think it's a bug u should fix? else its chaos

•••
@alcy - When we ACK a domain we send the command to the registry right away but do not remove it from the panel until we have confirmed that the transfer has completed at the registry - part of our regular syncs. We have had an issue in the past where transfer for a domain was started, then the transfer was canceled, and before our system could detect that the transfer was cancelled the user ACKed the domain. This made it disappear from their account when it should not have. To prevent this, even when we ACK a transfer, we still check with the registry as part of our regular sync to ensure it did actually leave.

Hello All,

Just a quick heads that I’m going to be out of the office for the next two weeks. If anyone has any questions, please reach out to Sav’s great support team with any questions and concerns you have. Their average response time is currently less than one business day. I look forward to engaging with everyone when I get back.

that would make sense except domains stay in panel basically forever and way past the 5 or 6 days u claim to wait.

maybe whatbu are describing is that whatever we expediate by way of bug never gets removed..whereas what we let finish on it's own.. will be removed.
