It's great for single word .com's (end-user wise) that investors are now not afraid to pay mid-6 figures to own these assets.

A year or 2 ago, it was only Brent Oxley who seemed to do this, now these figures seem to be the set range and many investors are paying 6 figures+

I just like when stuff gets developed but then again we'll never have time to read every website.

And I agree 100%... it sucks when there's no price. I don't know if they want $100 or $100,000,000

But without a BIN you dont fall for the random buyer coming in 5 years later and grabbing your name that you would now not part with for 10 times that price.
