It was the same person. Remember he said he changed Dan and Afternic BIN to make offer. Probably buyer was unaware of his counter offer on Sedo before making a fresh offer on DAN.Different person I believe.

But, something still seems odd about the buyer! Why would he make an offer on DAN that was higher than your buy now price on Sedo and other marketplaces? I am assuming he saw your BIN price before making his initial offer. I am starting to feel you had a different buyer entirely!I am quite sure it is the same buyer. Sedo does not display or communicate the offer text and details on email. It just sends an email notification that “an update has been posted in your sedo account.” This IMO acts as a real friction to quick negotiations. Most people don’t login to check the update immediately.
Congratulations! can you list my domains on your Afternic account it seems to be you have a special account that generates sales.Show attachment 194193
Afternic BIN, hold time 6 months. Drop reg.
Lolol. SmhCongratulations! can you list my domains on your Afternic account it seems to be you have a special account that generates sales.
I do not add domains to Afternic anymore because it doesn't make sense Godaddy don't generate sales for me. more sales through current registrar marketplaces and inbound offers. I think something happened with Godaddy Aftermarket team I heard one of their office was closed or moved to online..Show attachment 194193

Pls who pays transfer/renewal fees in this case?? Does it mean buyer has to cough out extra $70 for renewal/transfer? Forgive my ignorance!Show attachment 195324
Happy to finally close this one off & can't commend the DAN sales team enough. It's shown me the power of constantly following up via email & phone.
Name: apartheidco
Cost Price: $0.99 Epik Promo
Sale Price: $1388 or £1000
Sale Venue: DAN Make Offer
Hold Time: 365 Days
I received a £1000 offer on 29th May. Accepted after a few hours without negotiation as it was expiring soon. The buyer said, he'll pay on 15th June.
The day came & no payment received. DAN followed up multiple times & he said he'll gather funds, then pay on 7th July.
The domain was going to expire on 7th July, so was hoping he won't bluff a second time because I wasn't going to pay $70 Epik renewal fees for some hopium sale.
Thankfully he paid on 7th & I got the payment via BTC 5 days later.
Pls who pays transfer/renewal fees in this case?? Does it mean buyer has to cough out extra $70 for renewal/transfer? Forgive my ignorance!
PS: Mods, that's a genuine question, I am not trolling!
Id say strong 2 word .co's are now more valuable than their equivalent .net's.Show attachment 195536
Dan BIN, hold time 9 months. Drop reg.
Notes: .NETs have been the worst performing major TLD for me in 2020-2021, no matter what the price. So much so, that I'm clearing everything .NET I have. This is part of that clearance and I'm happy to at least see something being sold.
Totally which is crazy and sad. I invested in a ton of brandable .nets by applying the same criteria that i apply to .co, and the performance has been dismal to say the least. I now regret paying xxx for some good .nets lol, but I won't liquidate them for now..Id say strong 2 word .co's are now more valuable than their equivalent .net's.
Which is crazy if you think about it.

u need to wake up guys...co value has nothing to do with co.uk value.. it's different galaxies
