This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

Please use the Like and Thank links on a post to indicate that you like it or are thankful for it being shared.

  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

Afternic BIN, drop reg. Hold time 6 months.

Side note, to those who asked: Yes I sell 4-each monthly as well as you can see. It's just that 3-fig sales are much more frequent - for obvious reasons.
Do you normally assign categories or keywords to your domains in Afternic?

Just sold Another name today for $1249.

Bought during @epik Promo in October 2020.

Sold today.
This was my best promo batch. This was also my second promo batch. I bought less than 200 names and I have sold I think 5 names..

From an earlier batch from Epik for 200 names in July, I didn't sell a single name...

No Further Info.
If you have questions, tag me in the detailed report thread. Not here

That's much, how do you keep track on these names?

I'm a full stack dev so I have my own software. Continuously customized.

( Edit: Otherwise it would have been a nightmare )

- sold for $1,100 for both, Efty request/Escrow

Congrats on your sale. But what does ‘drop reg’ mean? Pardon my ignorance.

The domain expired and then was dropped, and when it is available you register it.

How do you calculate profit?

Total sale this month minus total purchases?

Eg: I made a little over 16K but my purchase price was under $50 total for the names sold, but I haven't calculated my total purchases, but I usually purchase close to sales, as I want to reinvest all my sales back to business. Monthly profit calculation is a bit odd, need to figure out how best I will calculate.
eg, last month I spent 8500 in new purchases and renewals.

You undersold this gem. Might be an upgrade. There's f/l/o/w/c/a/r/b/o/n/p/a/r/t/s .com in operation. It's a good flip overall
