question Are there any Marketplaces Offering a SALE Option

Was wondering if there are marketplaces that provide a "sale" or "discount" option at the Domain or Portfolio level?

Example, I have 100 domain names listed at Afternic for $2,000. I want to run a "SALE" like 20% off for the next "x" days. So the price would show on the landing page as $2,000 with a line through it, and wording like "Save 20% $1,600 Today"

Or something like that...

Interesting idea. That would be a cool option if you could do that, or provide a discount code on an existing platform.

Squadhelp offers this for the premium listed domains, not sure if it's available for standard listings

Hi

you could just lower the price, every day.
:)

@ sedo, if you had previous offers on a domain,
then whenever you change the price, all those who made an offer will get a notification.

don't know if other platforms do that.

imo...

Agree. Standard listings got that feature too.

  1. Export the list as CSV file from Afternic.
  2. Edit prices with your favourite worksheet software and save it as 'discount-prices.csv' (using formulas for percentage calculation will save huge time)
  3. Try not to lose the original exported CSV file.
  4. Import the updated list to the listing platform.
  5. Enjoy your discount season!
  6. You can roll back anytime just by uploading the original CSV file.
