Dynadot having server issue since 19 June 2021. Orders are pending. Server unresponsive for nameserver update for .com/.in extension. The support team giving excuse by saying they are having issue at registry end ..

Anybody facing these kind of issue with other registrar ?????

Dynadot works fine for me. yesterday transferred domains from and in, purchased several domains, changed nameservers without any issues.

Still the best registrar. I am not affiliated.

Thank you for your response @ReallyBigIdea.com. But what may be the problem for me ? Please see the attached chat conversation with their support team. If the software/server @Dynadot behaves differently for customers ? NO IDEA what's going on for me?

Till now no resolution. Very poor Dynadot ...LOL

Finally I got the clear picture of the reason of delay :
The reason: Bad and cheap tactic from dynadot ( They are not ready to process the order with the price of 19th June)

Response from Dynadot:
Apologize for the delay. Looks like .in price has been changed and our team is checking the registry regarding that. We are still expecting the response from them and will process your order as soon as we hear back.

Please read the thread carefully. The issue is the price. The price was decided by Dynadot on 19th June not the .in registry. I have placed the order on 19th June. Hence how come ...it is the issue with .in Registry ...Could you please explain me


.... and above all I am unhappy because the tactical statement from dynadot support team. If at all there is some conflict, they should tell the customer in clear and loud instead of dragging it and delaying it further. As a business entity you must follow some good ethics.

Yes. DD is fully automated, as most registrars are. Regs not going through because of unannounced registry price changes is not uncommon. The IN registry is slow to work with, that's why registrations are still delayed. Trust me, DD is working on it as fast as they can.

If you're in a hurry, try to get the name at another registrar to see what happens.

I tried with godaddy it all good no problem ...Even yesterday I tried fresh/new orders in dynadot and that went fine.

But the 19th June orders are not processing !!!! WOW !!!

This is what I am telling from yesterday.

The 19th June orders are not processing.
But the fresh/new orders at dynadot and the orders from other registrars are going good.

I'm sorry for the delay with those orders, our team has been liaising with the central registry in order to have the affected orders resolved but we don't have an update at this time, unfortunately.
