I am bullish on Calgary's tech sector for three reasons:
1) Calgary needs to diversify its economy and pivot away form its sole oil and gas focus
2) Macro trends: remote work will attract tech workers from all over the continent
3) Ontario and BC have extortionate real estate. Calgary has very cheap real estate
