I can very easily get behind "Nail Art" (5 figure territory domain)

...adding "Paris", for me misses the mark. Whether it be Paris, London, New York, LA ...the domain is 3 worded ...as a whole in my opinion, relatively low value (if interest was captured)

If it happened to be parisnails.com, lanails.com (beautiful) ...I'd be more thrilled

Small piece of advice if you don't mind. Never ever go Geo + 2 words - it's a bad idea - long name, narrowed not only by niche, but also by location...
You want to go to a Geographical location - fine, but go two words only in total, nothing else (Geo+one word, that's it). Yes, it's hard, but still available even for hand reg for some industries, and something larger (more popular) names gets dropped pretty often...

This one you'll struggle selling, but good luck!
