Before spending money on domains, if you want to make a profit on what you buy, the first thing to do is to think long and hard about what makes a good name. Regardless of all the tips abundant around the web, including short, memorable, easy to spell, dotcom, everything, think about how a business can profit from a good domain name.
I think you will have to conclude that no sensible person considering starting a business, or already running a business and wanting to build a web presence, is going to consider buying the names you have listed so I really hope you haven't already bought them. Aftermarket sales are made to businesses, whom we call "end users". There is a flourishing market between domain traders but that is not where the profits are.
BIN is "buy it now" price. You can safely ignore it until you have done a lot of reading and learning. You are simply not ready to start buying yet.
Your question, how to start, has been asked and answered countless times on this web site and elsewhere. I suggest you begin by reading many of those threads.
As for flipping from zero to hero, every penny you spend before you understand about business and marketing is likely to be completely wasted. You won't even be able to sell any domains you buy, so it will all be lost. You will simply join the growing army of people who joined this sector wanting to get rich and left soon afterwards, much the poorer.
If that sounds harsh, watching you carry on the way you are suggesting is even harsher. Don't do it.
