haha damn, alright I thought it was weird.

It is going rate actually for your cpc if you do nothing with traffic then you won't earn and it doesn't equate to you selling your clicks and what others pay google for same words. It certainly can give you leads as you see the "ad" symbol next to the first paid results they you know are paying the $2 for the top.

It can be kind of an indicator of potential value. The value comes when you can drive enough traffic to the site to get enough visits to get a % of those visits to click the add (AdSense) that offers the $2 value.

Now if it were a name like (FYI complete made up stats, not real) DrugStore (com) or something that Exact match that you are going to get tens of thousands of visits, daily, you will make lots of $2 clicks.

If it is something super specialized (again made up) NorthBostonOrthodonticSugery (com) that may have a high cpc $ - but you may get 5 visits a year.

SO, unless it gets 100K visits in those Estibot stats (where the $2. in Exact Match searches only) - dont count on it making $ parked - but you are seeing there is potential if you develop it and drive traffic.

It's an estimate of what advertisers may pay per click. I can tell you from experience not to depend on it. Traffic potential and ability to monetize are most important for a domain. How much you might get per click on an advertising platform is a bit of a crapshoot.
