My long time favorite is .CHIRURGIENS-DENTISTES.FR
I like how it sounds and it's really memorable combination of words.

My second favorite is .XN--CLCHC0EA0B2G2A9GCD
This one looks a bit confusing at first but has very futuristic style! I really liked the combination of random letters and numbers.
Thinking about registering XÆA-12.XN--CLCHC0EA0B2G2A9GCD and then sell it to the Elonny Musky guy for 5823723 bitcoins.

I think both of them are very strong challengers to the .com kingdom!
Too many gems are available, so going to invest some thousands dollars into them now.

Would like to hear your thoughts about other .COM competitor extensions...

I think .XYZ is a real contender.

All these years, all these extensions and dot com is in its own league. You do have nice sales in other extensions but the risk is a lot higher of never being able to sell a name in non dot coms.

I think you’re confused ^ it was never about competition ^ as I’ve said before, it was a matter of opening a market that has been untapped and furthermore opening up more space to solve the overpopulated web problem we’ve been facing

Before this pandemic, we had close to 100,000 business’ being formed every single day ^ do the math and you’ll see why there are over a 1B sites online and free flow circulation of 400M domains (ICANN) and why Verisign whom owns .com wants .web ...

Btw they’ve been secretly buying new extensions over the past 20 years ^ starting with .tv in 2000 for $100M + - https://watch.tv

That said ^ it makes sense ^ some new extensions will rise and some will fall

Be smart, I co own the names like,

https://easy.credit

https://mortgage.loans

https://e.credit

~

If you’re gonna invest in GTLDs, know the market, know the trends, invest in rich keywords with predominant keyword match combinations - “it needs to make sense”

its all of them together that may be able to compete one day. It has started already. If you are a real domainer and you go out on the hunt, I'm sure you may have noticed, if not, hey I have no further comment.

Yeh exactly, and this has been rehashed a million times here. A few of us new G investors have always said its never about a particular extension overcoming .com or being the next .com. It simply isn't probable. And we don't want it to. Like, what's the point? They can work in tandem, with the best names suited for the right job.

If there is ever any serious competition down the road it will be because of a combination of new extensions being utilized, but as far as the one single all time extension, I really just don't see anything ever getting the traction and usage that .com has/did.

Choices used to be spread thin for a generic usage extension and you have like a 30 year adoption period. Now the spread is huge, the new extensions are mostly semantic rather then generic, and there is already millions of established sites on the legacy.

Trust me, spammers like the .top dude or the other who's obsessed with .online are not serious samples of new gTLD investors outlooks at all. We click with good names and proper fits and want great returns just as everyone else.

We all wear the same domainer boots.
