advice Outbound Advice for Finance Keyword

I own the domain PrivateWealth.net and I am wanting to sell to the end user. I haven't tried any outbound yet as I am unsure of the correct strategy. Can someone let me know what my first steps should be.

You need to get a list of potential buyers first

This would be a good place to start, make sure you get the decision maker in the company, not some random WHOIS email or email off their website.

yes don't go to broad with your outbound then it will turn into spam

try to reach out to companies using extremely similar name if not exact match
edit : check out linkedin there is few results for the term
