We cannot really speak to other registrars' promotions but if they are offering deals at below cost, we definitely encourage users to make use of them. Every registrar has different pricing strategies and gain/loss thresholds.

Sure, domainers don't have to take advantage of your .NET registration deal. At the same time, this kind of feedback from the community is very useful. But it doesn't have to be a reason to change anything if you feel confident about it.

Still the #2 tld, and my favorite #2 of original-3.

Verisign’s also .Net registry. Cant make this up

I agree with previous poster that it may always be good idea to check competition b4 offering so called discounts.. otherwise some registrars may make mistake and plain mislead lie to say for example.. we have the best .com price now...

I'm sure u get the point...and I have seen it happen countless times b4.
