I just wish to express my satisfaction with PolurNET.

Signed up for a reseller account about 3 weeks ago.

Service is excellent - responsetime practically immediate.

In addition to being a satisfied customer, I am saving more than 75% over my previous host where I had just a regular hosting account with domainhosting restricted to 3 domains.

Keep up the great work PolurNET !!

I've had a wonderful experience there. Their support staff is great, responsive, and polite. They're great at handling my n00bish questions.

The cons? There aren't many, I just wish live support was on a little more often :) And their servers seem to respond a TAD slow to me, but maybe it's just my satellite connection ;)

Overall: 9/10 rating. Very good job, PolurNet!

Our support reps are usually available around the clock offline, but having live support 24/7 as well is a bit tricky, since we need to hire people who are available at all times to stay on the assigned time slots. But we're working on that for sure ;)

Reg. the servers, ping reports your domain at quick speed of 29ms from Canada, which is quite a distance from the datacenters at NAC :) So, just make sure to use a stable internet connection and you'll enjoy the full potential of the servers; after all, it's got multiple backbone providers worldwide!

I enjoy their service; uptime is 100% for the past 3 months I've been with them, but the support is not live 24/7, which is about average :) Overall: 9/10, they're pretty good.
