Even though Namecheap respects my decision and do their best to make the transfer process easy for me, they don't provide auth-codes as a .cvs file when we bulk transfer out.

Bit wondering why don't they provide auth-codes in bulk and send individual emails for each and every domain, so I have to copy-paste auth-codes one by one. @tamar

Good evening,

I saw earlier today how someone kept a track of their domain names by using an Excel spreadsheet including the auth codes. Would this be something that you could do in advance so that when and if you successfully make a sale you would already have the auth codes listed on a spreadsheet.

Hi Redd, Thanks for the comment. As far as I know, NameCheap keep changing their auth-codes and I'm moving out my names from their registrars, this is not a single domain sale :)

They known for security, so mustve closed it. Guess it must’ve been seen as a vulnerability,
but made it harder to get auth, nuanced as it is

The biggest complaint i have against NC is their exorbitant .com renewal... In any case,

Your best bet is to contact NC Rep @tamar, only 1 here. Wish used: “@namecheap.com”

They can send all your AUTH codes per your request.
Unfortunately, their control panel still doesn't support such export, even 1and1 has it.

I have tagged her on the post. :)

Hence they don't have that option on their control panel, I asked their support. Following is the reply I received from them...

"Thank you for your reply!

Indeed, Auth codes are sent in separate emails: a message per domain.

Unfortunately, we cannot create a file including the domains and the Auth codes.

Should any questions arise, please let us know."

Strangely...
In the past they sent Excel file to me with all my AUTH codes per my request.
And the same was confirmed by another domainer.
Bad times...

Looks that they did it...
Actions button >>> Export CSV File

Thank you for pointing it out. I just check it.

when CSV imported it only contained, very limited info. (domain name, expiring date, privacy, domain status and, auto-renewal status).

Any idea how to add auth codes to the CSV file?

I didn't receive any reply from your team yet

I communicated your request which we documented as such. These are features we take time to consider and implement so there shouldn't be an expectation of this to be fixed within ten days.

You have an open ticket number too? If so, I need that ticket number so you can get a reply.
