in my previous experience this registrar has no automatic registration after paying you should contact support and asking to register a domain.

a whole time one of my domain registration idea was stolen by support tech guy.

Ive used them for years before I found out about domaining.
Yeah it was always the same support guy over the phone. Great guy. I asked him if he was the owner lol he said no.
Once he gave me credits in order to renew some domains of mine for no reason as I was calling about some other issue.

My personal experience with them has been great.
