only trademark that comes to mind is Chase bank ? but why would they care
ask the person that contacted you to send you a link of the trademark from the us patent and trademark office and see what they reply with ^^

Chase Travel Rewards (yes Chase Bank) is a cancelled trademark, as far as I could find with a trademark247 search on Chase Travel. I know your name is Chase TravelS but it is so close to travel it could be construed as confusing. Even if there isn’t a registered or active trademark, if the mark is in use, a business can claim a common law trademark. I’m not a lawyer, but I don’t think it’s worth your money to consult one. And I don’t think it’s worth your while to hold the name.

considering the information @CTUXSF provided only advice you can get from this point forward is from a lawyer(or just drop the name)

Also your parking page has links to credit cards which directly targets Chase Bank business. If they are the ones pursuing this trademark violation, then they have a good case to say the name was registered in bad faith. Read up on some UDRP cases and see the four criteria the panel is supposed to use and how they come to conclusions.

Outside of a potential TM issue, what is the idea behind this domain? Who is the potential end user?

Also, Travel is a much better ending that Travels.

With that said if you search for "Chase Travel" or "Chase Travels" almost all the results are for the bank.
