This is a six year old insurance review website. SEMrush shows about 1500 backlinks and rankings for a few terms related to insurance. I actually had forgot I even owned the site so nothing has been done with it in a long time but it would be a great site for someone in the insurance niche.

It is at namecheap and expires in Oct 2021. Assume no revenues. I do not have GA installed but the cpanel shows about 1k visitors a month. I will take $300 via paypal, venmo, or BTC.
