I've just raised a ticket with my new host. I switched from cPanel to Direct Admin Control Panel with the same host. They have been a good host with cPanel, but to be honest, I think they have not been so great with Direct Admin. I kinda like, but am unfamiliar with Direct Admin. But as I become more familiar with it, I think I'm going to like it fine. cPanel, was probably too powerful for me. I like the simple approach of Direct Admin. But the host seems to want to make it more difficult than it should be, IMHO. Will post here when it's working again.

OK. It's fixed temporarily. My host still has quite a lot of reconfiguring to do. So I would suggest you do whatever you want to do asap. If you get cut off. just wait an hour and it should be working again.
