My Sedo account got closed

I tried to reset my password on Sedo, but it's saying

"This account has been closed. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions."
I am not sure what I did wrong.

It didn't say "start a thread at Namepros if you have any questions".

well, support page is not even opening. and as this is a general discussion, so I didn't see any problem asking here.

It looks like our security team may need additional information from you to be able to open the account. They should have already emailed you to let you know what, please check your spam if its not in your inbox. You can request that the account is reopened directly with our security team. Please email [email protected] and one of our members will let you know what is needed to get your account back open.

well, support page is not even opening.

interesting. if you need SEDO support, just create thread at namepros they will come
