I'm the only one who thinks this kind of disturbs the market?

Even many coms, I think they should not be priced at 280$, at least this is not good for most domain investors. I did find that some domain names should be priced above 1,000$. Of course this is just my personal opinion

I often see my drops end up on SAV alot less than I had them for sale at.

Yes you are correct, and @sav @Nick R is dumping the values of domains by doing this on such mass scale.

IMHO

i wonder is it Sav owner or domainers? all grabbed drops automatically priced with bin around $300.

Hello All. Sav does not own any domains (aside from sav.com and a few others to run our infrastructure).

And the people running/behind SAV?

Free market.

Does anyone have a full list of these domains? If they are that good, I will buy them and take them off the market.

This is so true. I noticed some of the domains I watchlisted on ED were caught by sav and priced at $280.

@bmugford makes a great point since when great names stay on the market for 280$ without any buyers op or some of the people here agreeing should post the list of names they think is undervalued.

# if of ext taken, and if so how many developed

You have given us nothing, except empty opinion, hard to discern if you work for Sav, based on most recent (not good) NP reviews.

it’s OK.
Name.com made it harder to get auth codes..., think pulled a Net Sol, now request; who knows if have wait 3 days (not worst is th point
But this thread is suspect.

feel free to PM any trustworthy members name

With less than half “280”, u could find good 4L which brings us to length.... Are they 3 words+ Three word plus domains, are worthless imo. Think of any phrase, and all likelihood it’s avail

If they're undervalued @ $280, buy 'em.

Some people out there just want to earn a steady living, not get rich.

They picked up a few of my drops too, all priced at $280.

But...I don't think it's hurting the market, the way I see it, If you see the same name sitting at $280 for months/years, why be worried if it's hurting the value of your $1K+ name if the end-user didn't bother to buy it at $280?

Can you post the list, at least the top 10?

Well now they they got afternic feed listing, what many people are saying by undervaluing their pricing at a flat rate, many of you not knowingly will lose sales over the lifetime of this pricing campaign. At least Huge domains puts their prices at 4 figures. All I can say stop supporting companies that work against you, and defelct and responsibility with nonsense answers. You are paying them to compete against you.

Unless I see some of these amazing $280 domains I am competing against, I can't take it seriously.

I bet most are not better than available hand regs. In that case your $X,XXX domains are competing against an infinite supply of $10 options.

I really don't think this is the people at Sav listing these domains, otherwise why aren't they registered at sav? Frankly, as there's so much fake news already, it's quite annoying to hear folks continually blame sav for listing domains (not registered at sav) for $280. @Nick R has said before that sav isn't behind these registrations/listings, and that it is a sav customer who was invited to sell on sav landers when they were in beta. And yet, every month or so, you get somebody else yelling that sav $280 pricing is killing the market, and shame on sav for pricing at such levels. 🤦‍♀️

If they're undervalued @ $280, buy 'em.

+1 🙏

There's one $280 name I've been eyeing down. My lack of preparation was this sellers gain, as the domain dropped, and the seller registered (not at sav) before me and listed it for sale on Sav for $280. I'll DM you the name for your opinion, to see if you think it'd be a smart buy or not.
