First registered in 2003, then dropped and catched in 2018. Would appreciate experienced thoughts about it.

All the best,
AnsL

@Bob Hawkes Apologies for pinging, but would really appreciate your opinion about Simulating.org if you could share it with me

At the end of the day it depends on what you want. If you really want to sell it for 20k then you must wait. Personally I think a lot of people hold domains forever and never sell them because they think they are worth more than they actually are and you may never find a buyer if you wait to long. I would take what I can get for it but that's just my opinion. As long as you make more than you invested its a win and you can move on to something else.

So, I would Keep listed with no BIN, only offers and take what I can get.

I am sure someone out there can build this into a nice idea but I personally wouldn't know what to do with it.

Thanks for the suggestions! What do you think would be a reasonable offer though, in case someone asks for a BIN and I have no idea about his budget?

Thanks,
AnsL

not something anyone can tell you it depends on what you have invested in the name and what ROI you will be happy with :)

Simulating.net is for sale at Afternic - BIN > $398
Simulating.co is for sale at DAN - BIN > $495
.com is not developed

Sorry, but I don't see much value here. You should take whatever you can get for it - imho

Under which circumstances would it be practical to purchase the .net, and then list that one at a scary price, in order to make the contrast make the .org more valuable? Has anyone here done something similar before, like purchasing other extensions and making them seem valuable so that the actual beef benefits from it?

Regards,
AnsL

Don't even go there it is a rabbit hole that will cost you allot of money.
you always want to lower your investment in case a name doesn't sell this way you can keep going and move onto other names don't put all your eggs in one basket

I doubt this would make any sense in this case. This phrase is registered in only 7 extensions. Non of it is developed. Before investing in a domain you should ask yourself who would need such domain and for what purpose!?

That's an excellent point - maintain high liquidity

Thanks!

You're right, should've probably thought more about that before buying it myself
