What do I have to do to get an Afternic sales rep (Matt Holden) to stop harassing me?

I've repeatedly asked them to stop contacting me but they are relentless.

Very unprofessional. They do not honor my requests to stop e-mailing me.

You never know how the seller set the floor price and the hidden reserve price,
Let's say the seller try to shoot the moon:xf.rolleyes: and set the asking price to $11K, while he set the floor price to $10K and hidden reserve price to $1K. You made an offer of $1K, in the eyes of the agent, he think this deal have a high potential and that's why he keep contacting you. :xf.wink:

When the agent keep contacting you, it's a green signal that your previous offer is possibly can be accepted.

My experience, Still bad taste in my mouth.

“Another interested party” is their best line.

I inquired about a domain name. It was overpriced so I declined their offer. Now they won't stop e-mailing me, month after month.

December, I reply, politely: "Nevermind, the min. offer was 10x what I was willing to pay anyway."

January: They continue e-mailing, I say: "Stop contacting me, please. I've made it clear I'm not interested."

February: they continue e-mailing.

Today they mail again.. I repeated my request using words that were much less polite.
Just buy the domain already! Seriously though send me a pm and I will give you my email address and you can send it on to me and I will get it to the right person and find out why they are ignoring you. I am sorry about that.

Might be the system sending auto follow ups once a month. Take it easy, you'd be very happy had it been your buyer that ended up buying the domain; maybe he thought you were a fancy negotiator, Im sure they've seen it all.

Sure, but when someone sends multiple requests to stop them, you should honor that and take them off the list. But instead they can just say, "Hmm.. I'll pretend I never saw that request, there is a chance I'll still get a sale, and it's not me that is being harassed, so who cares?" It's a very F*** the customer kinda attitude.

Lmao how many more posts are you going to make telling people to get over something that has nothing to do with you?

How many times are you going to cry, about other people crying?

You are literally the same as the people you're crying about.

"People come on here and complain about dumb things...." says the person complaining about those people.
