What type of domains are selling fast and what buyers prefer?

My personal experience says that keyword reach names are sold fast and are easy to market.

Brandable domains are a bit difficult to sale as something can be brandable for you but not for others. Whereas you have to convey and explain the buyers about why you think it's brandable.

This is purely my own opinion and experience. Pls share your thoughts and experience alsoalso so others can learn.

keyword domains with decent search volume and cpc will invariably selling more than the brandables with no search and cpc stats.

Most people will either try to register a name at godaddy etc or type in the name in the address bar and will discover the name is not available but its for sale. Most people will register names that have a keyword in it so keyword names are best.

I wouldn't say keyword domains sell fast.......or are easy to market, I see a lot of crap keyword domains where the owners have just stuck a random word before or after the desirable keyword which makes no sense - been guilty of doing this myself (many a time) so.......it depends on the quality.....

I have a few brandable domains.... but prefer keywords.....

Rightly said, stuffing random words before or after keyword don't make sense, so one should consider qualitative aspect while hand registering domains..
