Got my second domain sale today! New Orleans + 2 keywords .com for $300.00 to end user. I emailed 28 companies and got a call and closed the deal.

So obviously if there is a transfer lock, you just choose to push the domain to Dans own account and then they sort out the transfer options available with the buyer.

On Dan this option is for everyone or any special condition attached to it ? I mean for new Dan sellers also ?

Yesterday I was Bidding on "Peacock", I went upto 250 or 270 and let it go.. Really loved it. I was at 105 till the last few seconds and new guy came in and bid me up... Really cool brandable

Nobody needs to stop posting sales. People do need to stop with the extra commentary, excessive questions and personal congrats.

What if we all did that? There would be thousands of pages of crap and not sales reports.

This thread is for the reporting of sales. You show your appreciation for reports with the LIKE and THANKS buttons.

u see..I'd start my own sales thread.. brand new rules etc... but it's like ebay..and people always just go back to the original..even if new one is better. people are strange.

I already wrote I think I saw her say somewhere its 1000s...but I didnt know it was this large.

it's a strategy like any other. as I wrote before only roi counts end year... however if its 100k names all no nonsense stuff cause in sure dngear knows her keywords...then u can imagine how much it leaves for availability. this is why I keep saying concentrate on other extensions.

The beauty of sales thread is that we can understand and analyse what types of sales happening like keywords, extensions and prices. Everbody should take this stuff as learning. I am not particularly concerned about the strategies or the ROI of people posting their sales here because we don't know oher details like portfolio size etc.

around 5.5K, about 1.5%
not sure about taxes, GoDaddy charges $0.18 ICANN fee, maybe that is the tax in domaining? (I checked Dynadot's receipts, also does not mention tax...). Maybe my GD discount club membership has something to do with that?
