information Brent Oxley Loses Access to Create.com, Plus Millions of Dollars Worth of His Domains

Spaceship Spaceship
Watch
Brent Oxley, the founder of HostGator, has been accruing a portfolio of ultra-premium domain names since he sold his hosting company for close to $300 million in 2013.

With purchases such as Give.com for $500,000, Broker.com for $375,000, and Texas.com for $1,007,500, Oxley has spent millions of dollars over the past few years accumulating this collection. According to his website, the portfolio is worth more than $25 million.

Oxley has now, however, lost access to a proportion of his portfolio

You come across as quite intelligent, undoubtably you are, then the profanity and disgusting words. It’s kind of funny if you look at it through someone else’s eyes.

No resistance. Your subtle man @barybadrinath
I believe there is way more to this than meets the eye. Tell us something we dont already know. A trick or an email from namecheap, a secret.
I’ll bet there was secrets, people love to talk

Your holding most of the cards and you seem to have quite a stockpile of ammo.

@lambo.com i apologize to you. I should have said alleged. After all this time, nothing been proven. I should turn my firewall off so you can reach through the monitor and slap me in the head so hard, there will be sh*t on every server in north america. Epik probably be resilient to it.

Can anyone recommend me a good lawyer in usa to file 3 cases against the person.

1) Criminal case in the section of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, USA. Today evening I have got the evidence that indeed bribe was paid by an American citizen.

2) Case on the behalf of my wife for publicly uploading a FALSE document / email thread using her name. Brent sir your content creators have used the word "AIIMS" in that long thread. ( I haven't seen other documents uploaded by you and am not interested either but this thread was sent to me by a domainer to me where your content creators have created a false thread ). If anyone in india go to AIIMS for treatment , they keep all records even if you are opting for 0.20 cent hospital receipt. I challenge you to go and file a RTI ( RIGHT to information act ) and ask them if ever Puneet Agarwal has undergone any treatment there. If it's proved that I have undergone treatment there , I will accept all your demands. Tell me the name of doctor who was treating me as per you. It's again lies, lies and lies from your end with the help of clowns of vpn . The other mistake your hired clowns did was they did not properly verify the email id used by my wife. The email id which my wife use is different and you have been communicating with her on tat diff email id. ( I have seen 16 diff email threads from you to her on that diff email id). But your fake content creators mistakenly in an attempt to make you happy used the email id which she has never ever used. Can you ask your fake content creators to show only 1 other email originating from that email id ( which you have publicly used ) to you criticising me. I bet they won't be able to show.

3) As a GoDaddy customer I have full faith in GoDaddy. It's not like Brent sir that you are the only domainer in the world. I am a domainer as well. You have intentionally planned and devised a strategy with the help of your sycophant brokers cum clowns and competing registrars of GoDaddy to launch a defamation artificial campaign against GoDaddy and ceo. Your these actions against GoDaddy has not gone well with GoDaddy customers. You intentionally tried to put fake pressure on GoDaddy and you even tried to bribe them for doing an illegal act of unlocking your domain names. ( I understand that you initially tried to pressurize godaddy on personal level with the help of your newly hired clowns of vpn but when GoDaddy denied to give up into your illegal demands, you along with your 200 people staff operating out of that northern wooden home in your ranch tried to defame GoDaddy and it's Respected ceo.

If any domainer knows about any good criminal lawyer in usa please let me know and he shall be very fruitfully rewarded .

Brent sir I also know the username of the person on that dark web website ( we had a long discussion previously how to earn money from dark web if you remember ) who works for you.

Yesterday me and Brent sir had a chat on telegram and he told me that he has got Aman Bhutani on his side. @Paul Nicks pls take note. Brent sir told me that he is willing to spend 5 mm for that. Though he immediately deleted that statement after mentioning it and showing to me.

@epik have you unlocked those go domain names. Why are you not unlocking them. Pls use same reason to unlock them which you were lecturing to GoDaddy to illegally unlock domain names related with a legal dispute initially in India and then in USA.

@namecheap pls tell and show everyone the exact same messages which you sent to me when I contacted you for locking one domain name at namecheap. Pls don't play and act smart just to settle your personal grudges with GoDaddy. If I show those messages to everyone you will be immediately exposed.

As the matter is in courts of two countries and as per the advise of my well wishers I am posting very very limited content and answers regarding this case.
Brent sir it's not me , it's you who is the Godfather of all scammers. If I tell everyone your secrets here trust me they all will loose respect for you. I don't know about you but I follow decency in fight and I follow commandments of fight as posted by the good one among Castello brothers.
My advice to you Brent sir ,be decent , fight cases properly in courts and dont drag family. Don't plant false and fake created threads. Don't compell me to tell everyone the real reason which you have been hiding till now.

Shouldn't you really be asking that question to the person in this thread who literally posted "sycophant brokers cum clowns"?

Yes, and I registered that.

I am sorry if I said anything wrong. Opposite party and his hired ppl have harassed my family , have called me scammer and created so many fake threads. I guess that's also profanity.
Regarding namecheap , pls ask namecheap to post the emails.

Dark web- well I cannot tell everything here but if you want to get an idea how money is earned from it , then I recommend you to buy a ticket to ox ranch and ask them to show you a private cabin named as GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
There you will be able to see all the latest setup required for it. ( Only if they give you access to gov mansion and if setup is not removed after my this post ).

I am in for coffee in the mountains.

Someone accuses an American of a crime and your response is "WELL I BET THERE IS ALSO CRIME IN [lists a bunch of random countries.]"

What a weird thing to get triggered over, the concept of crime existing in America.

Some of you guys are so strange and ideologically warped, and oddly enough it's often the ones accusing others of such, that are just so obsessed.

Are you okay?

Agreed. However, even if there was a crime commitment by defendant (ox) a lawsuit/or court order in India would mean nothing. They have no jurisdiction in the USA, and rightly so.

There's a reason your inbox has a trash can. Bin it and wait for lawsuit/court order to be filed within the right jurisdiction.

If any of this true, then I don't even know what to say. This is twilight zone level stuff.

I don't have enough coffee to explain my reason for not uploading y documents in the "....Plus Millions of Dollars Worth ... Please tell us more" thread, here.
This means anyone who owns a 128 core powered bot server can find your docs / bills in +/- 48 hours.
If you don't want people to be able to get a copy - then don't put it online for G's sake. Once the hacker has your data, he can use it for various ... imagine.

I have to say it seems like a rather unusual arrangement they had. Puneet would help Oxley get domains and in return partly have Oxley pay his renewal fees for domains at GoDaddy if I read the document correctly:

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.txsd.1785233/gov.uscourts.txsd.1785233.1.0.pdf

.... pay his renewal fees for domains at GoDaddy .... // (pdf attached)

How <please answer EXACTLY how you were cheated>...

Was it by Mr. Oxley saying you were not authorize to charge $30,000, and reversing that transaction?

... are you saying you were authorized to charge $30,000 to his card?

... are you saying you have some ownership stake in the domains locked?

... authorized to charge ... // He has access to it (pdf attached)

Regards

If Brent accepted to pay for some of his renewals, that doesn't mean that Puneet was authorized to use that card for unlimited time and unlimited amounts. So, at the end of this, Puneet doesn't want to comment on the court case or provide any evidence, but he can throw trash left and right. Brent doesn't wan't to get dirty, so he tries to not comment to much. Godaddy is waiting for some miracle for this to end, so that they don't need to change anything and they can say at the end that they would have unlocked them anyway. The only one's who are loosing something are us, because we know that we could be the next one's sacrificed by godaddy( and any other registrar accepting stuff like this).

Wow. Interesting story.

If it’s all true than I know an easy solution to all the problems mentioned.

It would require all the registrars and more to come together as well as all who have an interest in the industry

Okay can someone summerize what's going on up to today? I've past my reading quota for the month so I need a summary please.

Thank you!

@LarryDomain A 'domainer' from India has filed court proceeding papers against the owner of Create.com. (No court order has been made by the court.) The plaintiff then told GoDaddy who stopped the owner of Create.com from moving his domain (although no court order was in place). GoDaddy has refused all reasonable requests to undo their action and instead ignored the owner.

RESULT = Most people realise that GoDaddy are as bent as (*&*(^*&^*)*^ (insert your own word).

Revolution against GoDaddy going on - and rightly so.

On a different note than my last comment is there not an international world reinsurance plan for this industry that includes in the policies a provision for loss of use and/or errors and omissions coverage?

If you've already exceeded your reading quotas for the month, then even reading a summary would be counterproductive.

All, I’d like to provide the community with another update on the recent situation. I appreciate all the opinions and engagement from the community.

As we reviewed our policies and procedures, our goal was to do what’s right for our domain investors and to protect the industry from domain theft. Your domain names need to be accessible and sellable, we get it. To be clear, this isn’t just about Brent’s issue, it’s about the long-term health of the aftermarket. The aftermarket has changed in the last 20 years, and our long-standing policy needed to address these changes.

Frankly, we needed to evolve with the times. After many discussions with outside experts, lawyers, and trade groups, we believe we have found the right balance. The new solution allows domain investing businesses to proceed while having robust anti-theft measures.

Moving forward, when we are notified of a legal dispute between two parties, we will not lock domains by default as we had previously done. We will review each notification and reserve the right to impose a 30-day interim hold, in part to help protect against improper domain flight, until a court order is obtained by the complainant. If a court order has not been received within 30 days of implementing a hold, then we will remove the hold.

While we can't guarantee we can stop all abuse of our system, we will use best efforts and multiple layers of review to root out potential bad actors.

As this rolls out, please let me know if you hear of any issue the new policy is raising. We'll continue to listen to your feedback and review our policies to ensure they do what's right for the domain investor community, while still maintaining antitheft practices.

That sounds like a reasonable policy to have,

Is this only for Godaddy or is it going to be Industry wide.

By the way I would change the 30 days to 90 days to give people enough time to obtain a court order.

IMO
