question Received offer for 50k within a week of registration - stakesign (dot) com

I'll go contrarian. To my understanding, staking in the crypto world is earning interest off miner activity. Given btc is around 50k you are selling a future looking domain for 1 bitcoin. Doesn't sound the worst deal. Of course watch for scammy indicators as others have advised.

Best possible ROI in just one week. What else you want in life? My advice accept it and close the deal ASAP. Who knows what else they are looking for side by side and if they left without deal then you need to hold it for several years and regret side by side each renewal year.
