WHY MY DOMAINS ARE BEING DISABLED???

I tried a hundred times to UPDATE my Whois as requested despite the information us Correct.

Sav.com has gone and disabled my domains and sites, their Whois form is not working..

Code: 424, Address Is Missing or Invalid???

SAV sucks..

should downgrade to SAD.

@Peak.Domains Thank you for the feedback, we do appreciate it. We do need people email's and ticket numbers to look into issues and do not want to ask people to post those publicly, this the DM approach. We are actively working on reducing support time for all customers. Regarding the other concerns, I would be happy to schedule a call to cover this, and any other concerns you have directly. I'll DM you to setup a time if you are interested. We find a one on one call is much better and more personal approach to discuss topics like this.

@Dave Vima - When an issue does come up, please submit a support ticket to [email protected] and DM us the ticket number & your email so we can look into it right away. We are unable to look into any issues posted directly in this thread as we do not have a way to access your Sav account based off your NP username.

@Abhishek Kumar Jha - If you want to forward the email to support and DM me the ticket number I would be happy to take a look.

I think SAV is doing very well
I also have many problems like you
Every time I have problems, I email to support and DM @Nick R
SAV usually solves the problem for me in 1 day, very quickly.
I think you should keep calm

We did have a spike in load that caused a temporary disruption for some users around 5am CT today. Our system auto scaled up as intended which brought everything back up after a few minutes.

This message typically means that we were unable to verify the validly of your full street address. Please double check that it matches the format of your local postal service and try again. If that still does not work our support can take a deeper look.

@dbdomains - I see your ticket was updated and I believe solved on Friday of last week.

@dumindu89 - This means that your default payment method is still charged if you are the high bidder but we do not pre-authorize the card each time you place a bid. You can set the default method to be a credit card or PayPal account from the My Account tab.

@NamePrime - I replied back to your DM.

@iTesla - Once a transfer fails our support team can re-start it for you at no cost. We are also working on rolling out a brand new Transfer In UI in the coming weeks that will allow you to that on your own. We will announce that on here when the Beta is ready to try out.

I bought a domain from your platform and paid $286 for the domain and it's been 2 weeks. Until now my account is empty zero domain. What is wrong ?

@Maxasll - If there is a set price you are looking for on a domain, we recommend using a fixed-price Buy Now listing. Adding a minimum price is a suggestion that we get from time to time so I added one more "vote" to it in our suggestion list as well.

@Domainsyrup - We got all three of your posts and will have someone look at the ticket right way. In the future, just a DM with the ticket number is needed.

@JudgeMind - We can't wait as well. This is in the hands of Afternic to complete the final rounds of testing. As soon as they give us the OK, we will push it live.

Do you have an ETA on when afternic will fast transfer will be approved. Been waiting for a year for this. Im afraid it wont be anytime soon and questioning whether i need to transfer my 600+ Sav names out to another registrar.

We are just as anxious. As Afternic gives us the green light we will go live! Hopefully in the next few weeks.

We were only recently made aware of this as well and have not determined if any pricing changes will be made. However, Sav does strive to provider the lowest domain pricing on the internet across TLDs and will will continue to do so after the increase.

We contacted support, but they have claimed that we should be able to use the domain with our own DNS, which is not true -- DNSIMPLE told us that we can't use the domain as long as a registrar has it on "clientHold".

Our issue is that we purchased a domain name from SAV, but they have it on a "clientHold" status -
We contacted support, but they have claimed that we should be able to use the domain with our own DNS, which is not true -- DNSIMPLE told us that we can't use the domain as long as a registrar has it on "clientHold".

At this point we need to do a formal complaint with ICANN, a "better business bureau" complaint in Illinois (seems SAV is an Illinois corporation)? Following that we need to track down who actually owns this busines and actually sue them.

It looks like this request was posted on 3 different NP threads which is a bit unnecessary. clientHold is not a scam but instead typically means that the link in the WHOIS Contact Verification email was not clicked so the domain was disabled per ICANN. If you want to submit a support ticket with the details then DM me the ticket number I would be happy to check.

@factor so you have created this new account only to post about sav? I don't know about DNSIMPLE but I'm using my domains at sav without issue. Good luck to your lawsuit

Are SAV aware that their website don’t open from iPhone?

We are not aware of any issues on the iPhone but feel free to reach out to our support team if you see anything and we can take a look.
