information Brent Oxley Loses Access to Create.com, Plus Millions of Dollars Worth of His Domains

NameSilo
Watch
Brent Oxley, the founder of HostGator, has been accruing a portfolio of ultra-premium domain names since he sold his hosting company for close to $300 million in 2013.

With purchases such as Give.com for $500,000, Broker.com for $375,000, and Texas.com for $1,007,500, Oxley has spent millions of dollars over the past few years accumulating this collection. According to his website, the portfolio is worth more than $25 million.

Oxley has now, however, lost access to a proportion of his portfolio

Can we get some more context (ie. dates, confirmation if authentic, and/or previous/after messages) on these screenshots? @barybadrinath @create.com

Brent sir How long will you keep on diverting the core issue of lawsuit to drugs , prostitute , prime minister of India , scammer , insane etc etc.

Its proved that -

1) You devised a plan and strategy to extort from GoDaddy.

2) you called and emailed ceo of godaddy many times but he avoided you as you are a very big jerk.

3) your lawyers masqueraded as GoDaddy lawyers and committed identity theft crime.

4) you can call me scammer , this so called prostitute angle , so called drugs angle , so called prime minister angle and so called what not. I take on heart only decisions announced by legal entities.

5) when godaddy has refused to give up against your illegal demands you are now pressurising and threatening them with the help of your brokers. ( Howmucharehookers is your account created today)

6) don't worry I won't get instigated and won't loose my cool even though you accuse me of whatsoever. I know you very well , in fact I know you more than everyone here so I know your wicked techniques.

7) you lied to indian court , you filed a FALSE affidavit in usa court , you did not get injunction from usa so I already knew that you will stoop down to your real level. I already anticipated that. Thanks. Now everyone has seen it.

8) you tried planting false documents regarding drugs , indian police etc etc against me but were not given any credibility by any court.

9) if the matter has not been subjudice i would have put everything here.

10) final - if not anyone else , at least trust your own country's judicial system.

11) tell everyone How you cheated that usa family from whom you bought that second hand tank after the owner died.

I recommend you to prepare proper documents to be presented in court. I feel you will go to jail.

@Grilled That's .... :cigar: take a close look at the .... in the photo & 00:15 on the right.

Yeah... the time stamps seemed a little suspicious, nonetheless, that is by no means conclusive. And could indicate VERY fast typers with FAST internet connections... hence why further context was requested from @create.com and @barybadrinath

Crossing the time stamps with the FB messenger time stamps, the messages are still sent relatively quick, just not as fast as what you noted in the alleged conspiracy text quoted in your post.

Brent sir <redacted> Its proved that -

1) You devised a plan and strategy to extort from GoDaddy.

Its proved alleged***

Do you have additional messages, or any other evidence to present, to support your allegation? sharing a small subset of a conversation <which could have been taken out of context> isn't exactly substantial / bonafide / conclusive proof of anything

  1. No duels can fought on Sunday, on a day of a Festival, or near a place of public worship.
  2. A gentleman, who values his own reputation, can not fight a duel with, nor act as a Second to, a person who aggravated and increased discord or violence by striking someone with his fist, a stick, or a glove or call the person a liar, coward, or any other irritating name.
  3. The Second is to be a man who is not passion’s slave, and no gentleman is to accept the position of a Second, without first receiving from his friend, a written statement of the case upon his honor.
  4. When bosom friends, fathers of large, or unprovided families, or very inexperienced youths are to fight, the Seconds are to be doubly justified in their solicitude for reconciliation.
  5. A Principal is not to wear light colored clothing, ruffles, military decorations, or any other attractive object, upon which the eye of his antagonist could rest, as it could affect the outcome of the duel.
  6. The time and place are to be as convenient as possible to surgical assistance and to the combatants. The Royal Code of Honor notes that special precaution should invariable be used, to prevent carrying wounded gentlemen over walls, ditches, gates, stiles, or hedges; or too great a distance to a dwelling.
  7. The parties are to salute each other upon meeting offering this evidence of civilization.
  8. As there are always unexpected advantages — the terrain or light — advantages are to be decided by the toss of three, five, or seven coins carefully shaken in a hat, and the challenged party is entitled to the first toss, the challenger to the second, and so on until the advantages are decided.
  9. No gentleman is allowed to wear spectacles unless they used them on public streets.
  10. There are to be at least 10 yards distance between the combatants.
  11. The Seconds are to present pistols to Principals and the pistols are not to be cocked before delivery.
  12. The combatants are to present and fire together without resting on their aim at the agreed upon signal.
  13. After each discharge, the Seconds are to mutually and zealously attempt a reconciliation. Each combatant will fire one shot and if neither is hit, but the challenger satisfied, the duel is declared over. However, if the challenger is unsatisfied, the duel continues. But no more than three exchanges of fire are allowed, as to exchange more shots is considered barbaric.
  14. The offended party determines what conclusion is acceptable and there are three possible outcomes: 1) first blood (the duel ends when one combatant is wounded); 2) the duel continues until one combatant is physically unable to proceed; or 3) death, a combatant is fatally wounded.
  15. Neither the Principal nor the Second are to abandon an injured gentlemen without securing for him a proper conveyance from the field.
  16. After the duel is over, the Seconds are to remind friends and relatives of the combatants, that the slightest indiscretion could renew the breach and Principals are also to abstain from conversation upon the subject so as not to reopen closed wounds.

People really need to stop with @Paul Nicks like he can do anything. This is way above Paul's pay grade he is here with a few updates but people telling him what to do, is a dream. Paul has little influence in this situation and is not to blame. If he can post info that's great but he is not calling the shots.

I don't think the stock price is really tied to this honestly. There has just been a massive pullback across the board on tech stocks recently.
