Brent Oxley, the founder of HostGator, has been accruing a portfolio of ultra-premium domain names since he sold his hosting company for close to $300 million in 2013.

With purchases such as Give.com for $500,000, Broker.com for $375,000, and Texas.com for $1,007,500, Oxley has spent millions of dollars over the past few years accumulating this collection. According to his website, the portfolio is worth more than $25 million.

Oxley has now, however, lost access to a proportion of his portfolio

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The online records show that he was not served.

Was Brent served? YES or NO.

This is a simple question.

If it is not a straight "Yes" answer, we know what the actual answer it.

Brad
Go and ask court. They will give you fully factual answers .

You are wrong in assumption of your actual answer. Fully factually wrong. Period

The court records show he was not served. The fact that you can't give a straight answer just further reinforces that.

That's a lot of words, just to avoid answering YES or NO to a simple question.

Is your end goal here to ignite such a dumpster fire that Aman Bhutani ends up fired? 🔥www.FireAman.com🔥

I really would like the full backstory to how Brent, a highly successful businessman and domain investor, got mixed up with this guy in the first place.

The warning signs were all over the place, starting with his multiple instances of making threats towards other people on NamePros.

It's enough that I have transferred all of my domains that were at GD to another registrar. Interestingly, all transfers completed except 6 valuable domains. Still pending transfer. I called GD and was told that there was no problem. I am anxiously waiting for those last 6 to complete.

Personally, my decision is not only based on this incident. There have been other instances of GD taking action to my detriment and not supporting me even after a probably 10+ year relationship.

I feel very good working with my new registrar of choice. No more GD for me. Not now, not ever again.
Update: After logging in using two factor authentication, unlocking my domains, initiating transfer, logging in again using two factor authentication, authorizing the transfers out, waiting, calling to confirm the transfers were in progress, being told there was no problem, today I get emails from transferverify at GD asking me to reply with specific response that I confirm the transfer of my domains to another registrar.

What's the good of two factor authentication and a transfer process designed to hide expedited transfer if they are going to still email requesting additional confirmation that you want to transfer?

Ridiculous. Whatever. #FreeFromGodaddy

This has been bothering me for some time now, first it was Sharjil and now Brent - Mr Agarwal seems to have a magic wand to trap these rich folks for sure.

Can you please share how did you get to work with or for Brent and Sharjil?

I seriously want to learn this art.

It is not normal to go around threatening people, multiple times with physical harm.

That is just on NamePros. Brent shared some of the messages you sent him. It is pretty hard to deny those, as they are clearly in character with your track record on NamePros.

I guess you have not got the opportunity to see his real chat transcripts sent by me to court.
I was once offered an amount by your godfather to collude with him and to extort money from GoDaddy. Yes I mentioned GoDaddy.
He had a plan to which I denied.

Lashkar e toeba will teach you a good art.
We have all seen Mr. Oxley offer you 1 million dollars if you provide a contract that he signed committing to you. If you don't have this now, you don't have it at all. If you have no contract, you have no deal in legal terms as far as I know.

I suggest you make every effort to resolve this now. Once GD releases those domains, and they will, you will have much less leverage to negotiate anything.

@GoDaddy are you seriously reading this? And you are ok locking Brents account for a guy who DID NOT produce a USA court order... no proof of a contract. So godaddy will allow someone from ANY COUNTRY to go and “file” in their home court, treat people from around the world like this, AND godaddy will lock the victims account. Seriously. In 2021 when technology is advanced as it is , we have no scam protection ??

Well I am not looking for social justice. Ask him to respond to court proceedings instead of crying here and doing this ranch drama

I wasn't referring to social justice. I was referring to fair settlement. It seems you are looking for justice beyond monetary compensation. What is it you are seeking?

I just can't believe and digest that Godaddy has taken a complain by a clown like Mr Agarwal seriously.

His posts on this forum should be sufficient to strike down any request or threat he makes about locking domains.

At any time you could have reported any of Mr. Oxley or others actions to US authorities if you feel he or others are/were acting illegally, and/or if you feel are/were acting against USA national security (as your email to the Texas court seems to suggest). You could have also posted any grievance online, as you have previously done. There are many ways to help protect/alert others, that don't center around extorting somebody that refused to meet your noncontractual demands.

So if this really is about justice, or helping others, why include GoDaddy in the lawsuit, and why not simply report the illegal dealings you've been exposed to (and/or have been privy to), instead of hinting at further damaging Mr. Oxley reputation if he doesn't meet your demands?

What could have been seen as an honorable notion to protect others via whistleblowing, it seems you have taken advantage of your position to blow the whistle on serious accusations, and exchanged it for an opportunity to extort Mr. Oxley.

Please don't manipulate meditation and Indian mantra power into this, as you did when you defending your actions that led to you being blocked from Sedo.

https://www.namepros.com/threads/yo...or-is-sedo-right-part-2-fastfood-com.1116865/

So in 2018 i made an offer of 95k usd for fastfood.com which was immediately accepted ( in just a min of making an offer ). I was about to send money next day ..
But through my meditation and Indian Mantra power I came to know that all this was a trap from sedo .. the fastfood price of 250k was a lie and auction was never paid.
If i am lying about this I challenge to all domainers to ask about it from sedo..
I refused to pay 250k usd and asked sedo to cancel the deal as they did for hormone.com with me.
Sedo refused. They said i have to pay commission of 12-14k usd for fastfood.
I asked Dave evanson when sale has not taken place , why should I pay commission. And why sedo did not bother to issue a public statement mentioning that their previous public release of 250k for fastfood was a lie. They must have cleared the air.
Sedo refused and blocked my account. Even though i joined sedo in 2011.
I don't think karma takes too kindly to extortion.

Anyways, digressing back, if I were to open my eyes to the emails you sent to the Texas court, would I find
@Sharjil? "Sharjeel Saleem works for Pakistani rogue and notorious intelligence agency isi under the disguise of a domainer"? I'm not entirely sure if you are in fact referring to @Sharjil of VPN.com, or if you are referring to somebody with a similar name, Sharjeel Saleem.
