domain ChatRobot(.)app - What should be the price of this domain?

I think it has some potential. A few .app have sold for $$$$ recently.

I would make sure that you have a working lander for this domain, which is currently not the case.

Especially tricky for .app domains is that HSTS preload is mandatory for the complete .app TLD. So your marketplace or parking provider has to do TLS provisioning correctly, otherwise visitors will not be able to see your .app domain/website at all.

All my domains are parked on Sedo. Any Suggestion who supports parking/landing for .app TLD?

There are several options, today I'd like to suggest DAN.com for good TLS landers.

In the DAN.com settings, you can decide if the lander remains on your own TLS enabled domain (at DAN), or gets a redirect to the marketplace on dan.com. The difference is that for the last option, some interactive chat options will appear for potential buyers, that are otherwise not available.

A new DAN.com will launch soon, it will be great.

One last thing. Most domain marketplaces take some hours/days to provision a TLS (HTTPS) certificate for your domain. You have to be patient during that time if it's not working immediately. Another thing is DNS caching, which may send you to the previous marketplace for some time. After 1-2 days, all these should be good.
