domain psychology.mx and psychology.com.mx

If MX is related to the field of psychology, it could be. I’d drop the .com.mx one unless you’re specifically targeting people in the Mexican region.

I have both domains, .mx and .com.mx

It depends on who you’re targeting. If your intention is to use the domain globally, then MX must make sense as part of the name. If it’s just targeting Mexico then either is fine.
