As you know that NetSol recently requires their customers to create a PIN code and add trusted Phone numbers.
You can only skip 2 times before you have to add them.
I tried to add my Trusted Phone for several times, but didn't receive any SMS verified codes.
I live in South East Asia.
Once i created a Support Ticket to inform them, they feed back with a "genius message" :

We understand the concern and please allow me to help you with this.
Please be informed that this is a known issue that is already reported to our engineering team, we don't have any workaround yet, but once it is resolved you get a notification.

So what's about my incoming expired domains?
How can i transfer out them if i can't access my account?

REALLY REALLY TERRIBLE SERVICES WITH NOOB TECHNOLOGY TEAM.

why does it have to be just SMS? what ever happened to good ole fashioned Email? I mean heck send the codes via snail mail on toilet paper if need be! that right there is unacceptable.

and sounds like "a plan" to relieve you of domain names or your money.

That's the reason why i get mad with them.
They don't have any solutions right now, but they let their systems require code for their customers.
It's like a joke of "The 1st Domain registrar".

I think it allows to select country code. Did you try to purchase virtual phone number which can receive sms (such as via viber app, they have US CA UK numbers as far as I remember) - it should work. Hopefully....

Yup! This might be the solution! I used such a service before for quick sms only to receive text so I can create social media accounts like 100,000.

don't ask me why! lol:whistle:

try using + or 0 symbol before phone number.

Does netsol offers free domain registration? Or what a reason to use netsol as a domain registrar?

Try clearing your browser history to see if they ask again for the creation of the PIN

  • Keep pushing, or it will be inefficient

Or, didn't the system allow to add landline number? I did not try this option though. They should call (robot call) to confirm instead. Imo.
