I noticed their banner in the top rotation, and I wonder if anyone is using them. Seems pretty good, especially I like their 24x7support via phone, and they were pretty helpful via the chat room script. I'm planning on buying their reseller plan. I just want to hear some rsponses about them :tu:

I'm asking if anyone has used or is using their service for some responses about whether I should order their reseller package or not.

They have no reputation, they JUST came a few months ago it seems. I wouldn't trust them till they get clients.

Also, half their pages are not working

Hello everyone, as we usually do not respond to threads like this because we do not like to interfere with people getting opinions about our company we felt it best to address the reason for the incomplete website.

We make no secret that we are a new company and have only been in business for about 3 months. Our first month’s growth was very overwhelming and at first was hard to keep up with the demand. Due to the limitations of our first web site design we had to change our design. During the 2-week down time of no site (but still had customer support still up) our credit card companies called and requested that we must have our site up and running due to the contracts between Discover, MasterCard, and Visa due to we were still processing new orders via offline. Unfortunately having a real merchant account has its limitations and you have to follow by a lot of rules. We were forced to put up our site unfinished and are currently still finishing the site. With our current growth rate on average of 5-10 new customers a day (not including the questions and emails) it has been very busy keeping up with the demand. We have spent a lot of money in the design and support features that we are adding and with moving away from cpanel in a few months to our own custom control panel, business has been very busy.

I hope this explains the unfinished site. Having no reputation is not always a bad thing, considering we have no complaints. We have plenty of customers and are there for our customers 24/7, so although our name is new our staff is not.

Thanks

Well-said. Which is why I have a gut feeling that I should go with NullNic. :imho: And I really like 3 dedicated IPs!

Since this is not an advertising thread, I guess it's okay to comment on pricing: (if you feel this is mean or unfair, PM me)
----

2GB space / 5GB bandwith is standard for them. Reasonable enough. But since Vasiliy here, based on his PMs, is looking for cost-effectiveness and getting the most features out of his reseller:

To make the bandwith 30GB like us (our BizzPaw RS-230: 2 GB space/30GB bandwith, $7.05/mth) , Nullnic charges $1.25 per gb bandwith extra. So, 25GB*$1.25/mth extra=$31.25/mth EXTRA for a comparable 30GB bandwith plan.

On the good side though, Nullnic does have a nice website, and has live support which is much better than others I've come across. I'm sure it'll be a good competitor in the future, but of course it all depends what your looking for in a plan & company.

I think you missed the rest of our rates as our $6.99/month plan is 8GB disk space and 70GB Bandwidth. Are you getting our average package is 2GB space / 5GB Bandwidth from us? Just wondering.

Yeah, I couldn't see those other packages maybe, I'll check it again; I based it on the space, and just wanted to compare the b/w

No problem, it happens. Thanks for the comments though on the site itself, ditto for you too. Nice site.

At the moment we do not, we will in a couple of weeks. We do accept all major credit cards though.

Thanks

They have so cheap reseller... If I'd want to resell, I'd prefer buy a reseller account more expensive than I'm planning to sell my own plans. At $3 the most expensive reseller plan, it's just 200 NP$ at 0.015.

Actually our most expensive plan for resellers is $39.99/month.

I don't understand so, I clicked on http://www.nullnic.com/reseller.htm and I see 4 offers from $0.99 to $2.99. Where I'm wrong ?

Look on the right hand side towards the top. There is Beginner, Advance, and Professional packages available. Hope this helps.

Ok got it, you've three differents pages for reseller :) Ok, I got it. But even like that, if I want to be hosted on a server from you I could take the cheaper reseller plan, and it's very cheap, no need to buy from a reseller.

Very true, we just provide a lot of different pricing ranges for customers as we have a lot of different customers with different needs. A lot of customers actually like to just experiment with a reseller account to just check out the features and see if this is right for them. They usually upgrade to a higher package later.

I'm going with NullNic. The support seems outstanding. I'll keep my PolurNET account for a while.

The VPS is just a pre-order situation at the moment and will get cheaper ones in a few days as we are still getting the VPS servers ready (both linux and windows). Dedicated plans we are still working on and should have better deals soon.

Thanks

Do you have Cpanel and Fantastico with your VPS? And the RAM and Processor shown, is that for the VPS alone, or accross the whole server? If its accross the whole server, how many VPS on one server?

Max vps on each server with those specs is 10. But 2 will usally never be sold to the public, so you are looking at 8 vps accounts per server with those specs. The linux servers will have cpanel and fantastico, the windows servers will have plesk. The specs given is for each vps not the server itself. Hope this helps.
