advice GoDaddy/Afternic and taxes

I sold approximately $3200 worth of domains through godaddy/afternic in 2020. I expected a 1099 but have not received one. Anyone know how 1099’s work through godaddy/afternic? Have you ever sold over $600 in a year from there and either received or not received a 1099?
