Congrats to Mark Thomas on the sale! I know he was working a few years on this one. Mark has done well for me in the past as well on the sale of my domains.

million dollar sales will become the norm mid this year. All assets are rising, assets with no real underlying value are exploding higher. If you have a domain with real value, you probably are pricing it way too low for this new world.
