What is the minimum population size you look for when buying a geodomain?

When buying a geo domain, eg dallasdentists.com, is there a minimum population size it must have?

For instance, if you found a geo domain and wanted to buy it but the population of the city was only 10,000, is that too low?

Thanks

It depends on the city. A city like Vail or Aspen are a lot better than some random Midwest city of a few thousand people. It is more to do with what a city has going on than just sheer population.

correctly said @bmugford

There are many cities with huge population but to them the value of a domain is nothing. That is why we sea most of the GEO domain market is US based.

If other cities starts taking interest in GEO domains - then it will be next big trend.

Hmm, not sure if the population is that relevant. If people care to have it, they'll enquire. Could be a small town of 250 people, let alone the size of Dallas. Very situational
