We’ve created this thread to make it easier to communicate with us here on Namepros, and we’ll also be posting regular updates on our offers and products. Please feel free to share any feedback and suggestions with us, or to let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.

Is anyone having issues transferring money from TransferWise to Dynadot? Following is my correspondence with TransferWise support:


My message:

I'm trying to send a payment to Dynadot, an account I've successfully paid multiple times previously, including as recently as November 2020. However, today when I attempted to transfer on my phone I got the message "We cannot accept payments to this recipient".

When I logged onto Transferwise on my computer to try and make the payment, it states: "ACCOUNT_NOT_SUPPORTED".

My membership number is XXXXXXX. How can I make this payment?

Unfortunately we're unable to give further information regarding the reason.

We will not be able to process any payments to that recipient.

I'm sorry to hear that, we haven't had any other reports of problems using when using Transferwise when sending a bank wire, and I'm not aware of any changes made to our accounts that would prevent the transfer from being received. I have asked our accounts team to look into this, could you also please PM us with the order number and your Dynadot username in case our team needs those? Thank you.

Any new codes for .com reg or re-reg?
New .COM registrations are currently on sale at $7.99, no promo code is needed to take advantage and the reduced price would be automatically applied.

We do also have a re-registration promotion running at the moment, .COM re-registrations can be reduced to $6.99 each by using the promo code "COMRR21".

Are you looking to create customized landing pages using your own branding, or using your own domain name as the URL rather than Dynadot.com? If so, I can certainly pass on a feature request to our team as we're always looking to improve our Marketplace features.

At this time, I don't believe we have any plans that would work in a similar manner to GoDaddy's Closeout system, unfortunately.

However, we have recently introduced 'Last Chance' auctions. In our Last Chance auctions, we re-list domain names that were previously auctioned but had their resulting orders cancelled for various reasons. These auctions work similarly to our 'Expired Domain' and 'User' auctions, following a standard auction-bidding format. There's some more information on our Last Chance auctions here:

I'm sorry to hear that, I'm seeing the domain name forward correctly from my side at this time. Would it be possible to confirm via PM the IP address or addresses from which the forwarding service isn't working correctly, and also the country or countries you're able to use the service with when using your VPN? Thank you.

I get this message more and more often when I order transfers:

"problem, our staff has been notified and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible."

But then nothing happens for days, and it is up to me to contact support. If you don't look into these issues, you shouldn't claim to be doing so I think.

In general, order processing has been slow for quite a while.

bought a domain but can not use it. that is unreliable chat is busy. Creating ticket unavailable..

Just got email order finished Thanks God.
It takes 28 minutes for dot com registration process /adding to your account. The domain actually was registered (according whois) after the payment was done but domain was added to account later.

Waited 12 hours today for manually approved transfers to be released. I agree the entire site and functions have been running slow for months now. Fix it.

I have decided to forward my domain to Dynadot marketplace. shared the link with a buyer and on exactly moment dynadot servers are down.

We're sorry for the issues with order processing recently, our team is aware of the ongoing issues with slower order processing and is working on improving the orders system but unfortunately, we did experience a high volume of delayed orders on Monday, March 1. Orders should now be processing as normal, but please do let us know if you're continuing to experience delays with orders being processed. During times with higher than usual order volumes, processing may still be delayed, but please be assured our engineers are continuing to work on optimizing the processing of orders to minimize the possibility of future delays as much as possible.

For assistance with any specific orders please message us privately with your Dynadot username and the order number, and we can take a closer look at the order.

I can escalate this to our engineering team, but would first need to ask for the IP address or addresses you're unable to access the listings from, and the VPN settings allowing you to access the listings.
