At the end of the last month i had listed my domains priced 5k euro or less back to BIN after using only make offer for some time on landing pages. And the result is already double than last month in less than 10 days of this month.

In past i have always suggested and recommended that BIN works better for 5k or lesser priced domains and only make offer works more with high end premium names, but just for the sake of it to try vis-a-vis diff landing pages, only make offer, BIN etc to learn more and more or in this case to confirm, i used just make offer option on landing pages, it was underwhelming but expected and later got lazy to change it till recently and after this final outcome i reaffirm my belief for it.

This is why also i feel afternic landing pages with no bin are not best option for 5K or lesser names.

Also i notice while listing for BIN you get less low ball offers.

I would like to mention that although i have sold 7-8 domains in installment but i never got really excited for it specially for 5k or lesser names. Never tried lease to option. May try in future for my few premium names.

I shared this my experience/experiement in context of make offer bin etc on landing pages and its result. You can also share your views on same if you wish to.

IS there a way to get the BIN to show up on afternic landers ? I have many nanes under 5k but all landers show to enter details to get price.

Agree. I don't have that many sales to compare, but the offer tire kickers are a stressful

You can use a Hack..
use your regustrat Name server and redirect it to https : / / www. afternic.com/domain/yourname.com

it works but not really a solution for me because of the amount of names and different registrars plus wanting to switch sometimes to different services.

I also don't like that 25 dollar appraisal ad. Most people don't understand how flawed these appraisals are.

I wonder when someone clicks that appraisal ad on someone's Afternic lander if a Afternic broker gets in touch with you first to find out your asking price and then takes that into "consideration" before appraising that domain for any potential client.......must do surely

The problem is if the prospect does like the appraisal the broker has the keyword/s and similar domains to hand and can search the Afternic network to show to them what is within their budget......probably why they are so sh*t at actually brokering specific domains / enquiries.....lazy attitude with to many choices......

Edit:

On top of the above Godaddy also have their own extensive portfolio and it would not surprise me if these enquiries end up leading back to their own domains........

Confirm, same results here. Just did a similar test. I use BIN only today, and this sells way more than BIN + make offer, and even more in comparison with make offer only. For all domains under 5K.

I'm also removing the installments next. Never sold anything in installments so far, well then, not worth the hassle. Besides, the fewer options they have except the BIN, the less friction there is. So they go for that buy now button right away.

The domain brings the traffic keywords not the price you could post them at a billion dollars each and shouldn't effect traffic. The traffic doesn't know prices the clicks aren't even likely to be buyers just more curious what next button does. The longer you have a domain the likelyhood of traffic rising is natural.

I suppose you have commented on wrong post?? as what you said is obvious but my context in this post is not about traffic, it was about sales where BIN for me is working better compare to make offer for domains priced 5k or lesser.
