Hello NamePros.

Wishing everyone a fantastic 2021.

I would really appreciate some input please, I've been replying to a few domain inquiries with no responses and one potential buyer telling me that they didn't receive my reply.

I'm currently sending replies through my own @domainname.com which is hosted on a cPanel, shared hosting.

Would anyone rather recommend using G Suite and setting up my custom email through there, or are there any other preferred services that will assist in ensuring my replies are being received?

My concern is with legitimate inquiry replies, not even with Outbound emails.

Would appreciate any guidance or advice, what's your email set up when responding to inquiries?

Thank you.

I use G Suite and the free version of HubSpot and have integrated their free email tracking extension with G Suite - I have no problems sending and tracking my emails and also have a nice little database of contacts being built up with notes on enquires, offers, sales etc etc

All for MINIMUM cost..........

Also set up SPF & DKIM for G Suite emails

Thank you for the reply NickB, I really appreciate it - I've gone ahead and made the change over of my domain to G Suite and installed the HubSpot tracking extension - it works perfectly (y)

Are emails sent from a cellphone or the GMail app also tracked, or do they have to be sent from a PC using Google Chrome?

Not showing up on my mobile/App - must be a way of integrating it with HubSpot though, I just personally have not looked into it

Zoho , no tracking and their cheapest package I think 10$ , they throttle any accounts sending over 100-200 emails in a day, their IP is clean and passes most servers avoiding junk mail.

in my experience and research ( which is not a ton ) any tracking , installs a pixel or img in email which often sends to junk mail. Id hope someone argues this with knowledge .

from a personal perspective it's been working fine - and as a matter of course I have always asked people to check their junk box and look out for my email address.......
